Acceptable Usage Policy

General Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP sets the standards for using TrayoHost's hosting services responsibly. Violating this AUP may result in the suspension or termination of your account. In any disputes regarding the interpretation of this policy, TrayoHost's decision will be final and binding.

This policy represents the complete AUP agreement between TrayoHost and its clients. As a managed web hosting and domain registration provider, TrayoHost is committed to maintaining both legal and ethical standards in the usage of its servers and resources. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any or all services if it is determined that an account has been misused.

Appropriate Usage Guidelines

TrayoHost's hosting services are designed to meet the needs of small businesses and independent organizations globally. Given that your website will be hosted alongside other client's websites on shared servers, these services are not intended for large enterprises. For such needs, we recommend considering VPS, cloud hosting, or dedicated server solutions.

As a shared hosting provider, TrayoHost hosts multiple websites on the same server. To ensure that our services remain reliable for all clients, individual usage must not negatively impact the performance of other client's websites. Our servers are monitored 24/7, and we will take necessary action if any client's usage threatens the overall performance of the server.

Our services are intended for hosting websites only, not for storing user data. Using your hosting account primarily as storage for files or images is strictly prohibited. TrayoHost's servers are meant for web hosting purposes alone.
